Generic staffing partners cover frontline workforces across industries — retail, BPO, logistics, banking. They don't run sites. HeadsUp is construction-specific. We carry on-site supervisors. We do RPL certification ourselves. We physically inspect every site before deploying. Our worker pool is trained on actual construction trades, not generic gig work.
Do we still work with our existing contractors?+
Yes. Contractors who already supply manpower to you can participate as supervised teams under the HeadsUp standard. Nothing about your existing relationships is disrupted — they're formalised, certified, and brought onto a common system. Your contractors get cleaner compliance, your project gets accountable delivery.
What happens to PF, ESI, and insurance liabilities?+
All on the HeadsUp roll. Every worker we deploy is registered for PF and ESI from day one. Group personal accident insurance is mandatory. We share compliance certificates monthly. As principal employer, your statutory exposure drops to near-zero — and we carry the documentation if an inspector asks.
What's the typical pricing structure?+
Three options depending on the project. Per-worker monthly billing (best for ongoing site coverage). Per square foot / square metre for finishing trades like false ceiling, painting, MEP. Fixed monthly contract for large multi-trade sites. Pricing is transparent and benchmarked to state wage floors — there are no broker margins to hide.
How fast can workers actually arrive?+
Once site clearance is signed, we can mobilise a deployment within 48 to 72 hours for trades up to 30 workers. Larger deployments take 5 to 10 days depending on trade mix and location. Most of our anchor clients run rolling deployments, not single-shot mobilisations.
Are HeadsUp workers actually paid more than market rates?+
Workers receive the benchmarked state-local wage with no broker deductions, which is typically 8–18% higher in-hand than what an equivalent worker earns through a contractor chain. They also receive PF, ESI, insurance, and PPE that they would not otherwise have. The total economic value to the worker is meaningfully higher.
